What we do

At Scope Property Services, we undertake commercial fit-out, refurbishment, heritage and special works.

We take on projects of varying size and complexity, from single unit refurbishment works to multi-million pound fit-out and renovation schemes.

Our expertise spans the private and public sectors, in particular light industrial premises, high-end residential developments, serviced offices, heritage properties and healthcare.

We operate as the project Principal Contractor. In line with CDM, we work in close partnership with clients, consultants, designers, architects, surveyors, the community and all other project stakeholders.

As an approved member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, we have been recognised for the quality of our in-house trade skills and experience.
