At Beddington we undertook a refurbishment project to revitalise Units 10 and 11, covering a combined area of 27,319 square feet. Our objective was to improve overall efficiency, functionality and aesthetic appeal across both units.
This comprehensive scope of work involved internal upgrades, external enhancements, and the installation of new MEP systems. Furthermore, a key component was the application of high-performance epoxy coatings to the expansive warehouse floors. These coatings not only enhanced visual appeal, but also provided durability, ease of cleaning and protection against heavy industrial traffic.
