At Beddington we undertook a refurbishment project to revitalise Units 10 and 11, covering a combined area of 27,319 square feet. Our objective was to improve overall efficiency, functionality and aesthetic appeal across both units.
This comprehensive scope of work involved internal upgrades, external enhancements, and the installation of new MEP systems. Furthermore, a key component was the application of high-performance epoxy coatings to the expansive warehouse floors. These coatings not only enhanced visual appeal, but also provided durability, ease of cleaning and protection against heavy industrial traffic.
Project Outcomes
- Enhanced Aesthetics and Functionality
The revitalised internal finishes, including fresh paint and epoxy-coated warehouse floors, transformed the look and functionality of the space, making it more attractive for various commercial uses. - Increased Safety
The addition of gate enclosures and safety upgrades around the site significantly reduced risks, improving the overall security and safety standards. - Operational Efficiency
The improved MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, streamlined operations within the units, significantly improving energy performance and providing long-term operational benefits for tenants.
Through meticulous planning and execution, Scope Property Services successfully delivered a high-quality transformation of these industrial units, providing a more sustainable and secure environment for future tenants.
