Scrutton Street office refurbishment

At Scrutton Street, our brief was to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing office space to enhance functionality, aesthetics and user comfort. We created new meeting rooms, upgraded lighting, installed a new mechanical ventilation system and fully refurbished the kitchen and WCs. A new shower room was also added.  The project was completed with no disruption to business continuity for existing building occupiers. 

The results?  We created an energised, functional, visually appealing and comfortable workplace.  Furthermore, the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting and modern MEP systems have reduced energy consumption and thereby, operating costs.  By combining modern design, durable materials and efficient project management, the space is now primed to meet the demands of future occupants.
