Penthouse Refurbishment at Eagle Wharf

We were delighted with the instruction to complete a full refurbishment of two duplex penthouses, located side-by-side, with fabulous views over the River Thames.

Each property comprised 4,400 sq ft internally, with over 1,600 sq ft of balcony and terrace wrapped around the outside.

We removed the existing fixtures and furniture then gave each property a complete overhaul, leaving a fresh, clean and modern finish to all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces.

We worked closely with the client representative and building management to operate under full site conditions, without any compromise or disruption to building occupiers.

Our project team managed the detailed design requirements and liaised with an international supply chain to ensure the exacting standards of quality were met.
