Lookers Volkswagen

This project was complex and rewarding in equal measure.

Working collaboratively with Rapleys LLP and Lookers PLC, we were instructed to undertake major RAAC remedial works at the Volkswagen showroom in Walton-on-Thames.

Covering an area of over 6000sqft, this scheme involved the installation of secondary structural supports, comprising timber framing and steel components beneath existing RAAC roof panels.
Following structural works, our team carried out a fit-out reinstatement, including suspended ceilings, lighting and M&E adaptations.

We delivered the project to time, budget and quality. It is an excellent example of our success in managing complicated, specialist works in high-profile, customer-facing environments.
