Chester House refurbishment

The project involved transforming two meeting rooms into high-quality, rentable office spaces, and modernising the communal areas.  Works included floor replacement and decorating the walls, doors and woodwork. We also installed LED lighting and optimized HVAC systems for improved energy efficiency.

With Chester House being an occupied commercial building, the project required close liaison with tenants, particularly for decorative coatings on office entrance doors and the out-of-hours flooring installation.  As always, our works were carefully scheduled to minimise disruption.
